BLUEFIELD, W.Va. (WVVA) - UPDATE 12-14-23: A planned fiber line crossing of I-77 in the area of mile marker 1 near Exit 1 that was set for Dec. 17 has been postponed because of expected inclement weather Sunday.

Motorists can expect delays on that morning from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. as the fiber optic cable is installed across I-77.
Quanta provides infrastructure services for electric power, pipeline, industrial and communications industries.
